Terms of service

How dialeco works, what you can expect from the Service, our usage rules, and each side's responsibilities.

Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the use of dialeco ('Service'), a product of maiscolher.com, operated by the maiscolher team ('we', 'dialeco'). The Service lets a person ('you', 'sender') write a message and pay for a synthesized voice to call by phone and read the message aloud to the recipient.
By creating a message, making a payment, or using any dialeco feature, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Service.
You declare that you are 18 years or older, or otherwise legally entitled to perform the acts described here and to authorize the phone call to the recipient.
What dialeco does
dialeco is a modern phoned telegram. You write a short message, pay a one-time fee (from R$ 14.90, depending on the option chosen) and the Service schedules or dispatches, depending on the option chosen, a phone call to the recipient. The call is read by a synthesized voice, styled after a retro switchboard operator, and the recipient only needs to answer — no app, sign-up or smartphone required.
You can choose to send as soon as payment is confirmed, or schedule for a specific time within the available call windows.
- The message content is moderated before it is sent. Messages that violate the conduct rules below will be rejected and refunded as described below.
- The call is placed to the phone number you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the number, and you expressly confirm it before paying. If the call is placed to a number you entered incorrectly, the service is considered rendered and no refund is due.
- The recipient may hang up at any time. There is no extra charge to the recipient: the call is paid by you, once.
- The call recording, when available, is offered optionally to both the recipient and the sender. The Service does not automatically record calls beyond the purpose described in the Privacy Policy.
Payment and pricing
The Service is pay-per-use, with no subscription. The current price is shown on the /en#preco page and confirmed before you pay. The amount depends on the delivery mode (Classic, in which the call plays the message recorded in the operator's voice, or Live Operator, in which an automated operator runs the call, confirms who picked up, asks permission, delivers the message and offers to repeat it) and on the delivery type (Scheduled, with the day and time chosen by you, or Urgent, with the call going out within minutes). Prices in Brazilian reais are: Classic Scheduled R$ 14.90; Classic Urgent R$ 21.90; Live Operator Scheduled R$ 29.90; Live Operator Urgent R$ 39.90. On Classic, you may add the optional music bed (an instrumental track playing under the operator's voice) for R$ 2.90, added to the mode's price and confirmed before payment. Payment can be processed via Pix or via credit card, through the payment provider contracted by dialeco.
By paying, you authorize the payment provider contracted by dialeco to process the transaction (Pix or credit card). dialeco receives the payment confirmation and only dispatches or schedules the call after that confirmation.
Payment must be confirmed within 30 minutes of creating the order. After that window, the order is automatically canceled and the reserved time slot is released. If payment is confirmed after the cancellation (for example, a Pix QR Code paid late), the amount is automatically refunded in full, through the same payment method, and you receive an email letting you know — in that case, simply create the message again.
You are not charged if the transaction is not confirmed or if the message is rejected by content moderation, as described below.
- There is no recurring charge or automatic renewal.
- For recipients outside Brazil, once international payment launches, prices will be offered in United States dollars (USD), with their own price table shown and confirmed before payment.
- If a technical failure on our side prevents the call from happening, you may request a refund or a re-run via our contact e-mail.
- If you send a message and the call happens, but the recipient hangs up before the message is read in full, the Service is considered rendered.
Account and login (upcoming)
Today dialeco does not require sign-up: you write, pay and go. We are optionally introducing the ability to create an account to track sent messages, resend messages and manage your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Once the account feature is available, the following rules will apply to those who opt in to sign up:
- The account is created with a verified e-mail address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail and for the security of your account.
- You agree not to share your account with third parties and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, particularly the conduct rules below.
- You may request deletion of your account and your data at any time via our contact e-mail, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Conduct and prohibitions
You agree to use dialeco in a respectful, affectionate and lawful manner. You are solely responsible for the content of the message and for the data you provide (your name, your e-mail, the recipient's phone number and name).
The Service may not be used for messages or purposes involving:
- threats, intimidation, harassment, slander, defamation or insult against the recipient or third parties;
- discriminatory content (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, national origin, age);
- obscene, sexually explicit content, or content inappropriate for a phone call that may be answered by a third party, including children and the elderly;
- attempting to use the Service for prank calls, fraud, scams, debt collection disguised as a personal message, or simulating a third party's voice without consent;
- providing a third party's phone number without a legitimate, affectionate-message interaction, in violation of good faith;
- any purpose that violates Brazilian law or that causes harm to dialeco, its contracted providers, or third parties.
Personal use only — no telemarketing
dialeco is built for personal, affectionate messages between people — not for commercial communication. It is prohibited to use the Service, on behalf of a company, brand, candidate or third party, to place calls offering products or services, advertising, publicity, debt collection, customer prospecting (active telemarketing), or any message directed at multiple recipients for such purposes.
This restriction also exists because an active telemarketing call in Brazil is subject to its own regulatory rules (such as the Anatel 0303 non-geographic prefix), which dialeco does not follow — the Service exists only for the use case of a single personal message, requested by the sender themselves, for a specific recipient.
- messages identified as commercial, promotional, advertising or debt-collection related may be rejected by content moderation, at no charge;
- we may suspend or block access for anyone who uses the Service, repeatedly or evidently, for such purposes, as described in the 'Suspension and termination' section;
- if you represent a company seeking mass commercial communication, dialeco is not the right tool — please use a regulated telemarketing provider.
Content moderation
Every message goes through automatic moderation (and, occasionally, human review) before being sent. Rejections may occur due to violations of the conduct rules, character limits, or technical errors. If your message is rejected, you are not charged; if you already paid, your payment is refunded.
We may, at our discretion, eventually offer the sender a way to review the reason for rejection and edit the message for resubmission.
Phone call and recording
The call to the recipient is placed by a telephony provider contracted by dialeco. The voice used is synthesized by a contracted voice provider, styled to evoke a retro switchboard operator. You understand that the voice is synthetic and does not correspond to a real person.
If the call reaches the recipient's voicemail or answering machine on the last contact attempt, dialeco leaves the message recorded there. This form of delivery is considered valid and the charge is maintained, as if the recipient had answered the call. On earlier attempts, if the call reaches voicemail, dialeco hangs up without leaving a message and tries again at another time, counting as an unsuccessful attempt.
The call recording, when offered and accepted, is stored for the period described in the Privacy Policy and then deleted. Use of the recording is strictly for the sender and recipient to be aware of the message — it is not published, not shared with third parties, and not used to train models.
Delivery failure
We make up to 3 call attempts, at different times, to deliver your message. If the recipient still doesn't answer, you choose one of the two options below, at no cost and with no fee withheld:
- reschedule the call for a new time, with new attempts; or
- a full refund of the amount paid.
How to choose and refund timeline
You receive an e-mail notifying you of the delivery failure, and you can reply stating which option you prefer. If you choose a refund, it is processed within 10 business days, via the same payment method used for the purchase (Pix or credit card).
Marketing and cookies
dialeco does not display third-party ads on the page. We may optionally use audience-measurement tools (for example, to understand which sections of the landing page get the most views) and cookies essential to the operation of the page.
Cookies and equivalent technologies are used only for the following purposes:
- essential: keep the session, prevent abuse of the Service, and enable the message-creation flow;
- measurement: understand, in aggregate, the page's performance and the percentage of visitors who reach payment (without individual profiling);
- our own marketing, when implemented: remind a visitor who already started a message to finish sending it, on dialeco's own platforms.
No third-party advertising
We do not sell data to advertising networks. We do not share phone or e-mail lists with ad platforms. For details on sharing with processors (payment, telephony, voice, e-mail and hosting providers), see the Privacy Policy.
Ownership and license of content
You retain ownership of the message you wrote. By sending it, you grant dialeco a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, display internally, read aloud on the call, and store the message for as long as necessary to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The same applies to a message recorded in your own voice: you declare that the voice in the recording is yours (or that you have authorization from the person who recorded it), and you grant us the same limited license — to process (including automatic transcription for content moderation), store, and play it on the call, for the period described in the Privacy Policy. The recording is not published, not shared with third parties, and not used to train models.
The 'dialeco' brand, the logo, the synthesized retro operator voice, the page design and the Service's code are the property of maiscolher.com or licensed to it. You may not copy, clone, reimplement, or use dialeco's visual identity without express authorization.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided in good faith, but depends on third-party providers (telephony, payment gateway, voice provider). There may be temporary unavailability due to failures of these providers, maintenance, or force majeure.
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, dialeco is not responsible for:
- temporary unavailability of the Service;
- the recipient's failure to answer the call, or a phone number provided incorrectly by you;
- the recipient's interpretation, reaction to, or use of the message content;
- the recipient's decision not to listen or to hang up before the end;
- loss of opportunity, lost profits, or moral damages arising from a message that did not achieve the affectionate purpose you expected.
Remaining liability
Our liability remains, under Brazilian law, for direct and proven damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that Brazilian law prohibits from being excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, terminate or refuse requests to use the Service at any time when there is an indication of a violation of these Terms, fraud, refund abuse, or use of dialeco for purposes prohibited by law. When applicable, we will refund amounts paid and not consumed.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, to the law, or to our login/account process, when applicable. The 'Updated on' date at the top of the page indicates the version in effect. We recommend that you review this document periodically. For substantial changes, we will clearly identify the new version, with acceptance requested when the corresponding feature is used.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Comarca de Brasília/DF, Brazil, are elected to settle any dispute arising from them, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
